You agree to use the platform lawfully, respectfully, and in a way that does not harm SafariUnion, its users, operators, or the website itself.

2. Marketplace Role

SafariUnion is not the provider of the safari, tour, climb, beach holiday, transfer, or wildlife experience listed by an operator. Operators are independently responsible for the services they advertise and provide.

Any booking, quotation, itinerary, cancellation, refund, payment arrangement, or service agreement is between the traveler and the relevant operator unless clearly stated otherwise.

3. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers using SafariUnion are responsible for reviewing package details and confirming important information directly with the listed operator before making a booking decision.

• Checking inclusions, exclusions, prices, dates, and service details.
• Reviewing operator policies, cancellation terms, and payment terms.
• Confirming visa, passport, health, insurance, and personal travel requirements where applicable.
• Using the platform honestly and not sending false, abusive, or misleading inquiries.

4. Operator Responsibilities

Operators listing on SafariUnion are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and fairness of the information they provide.

• Maintaining accurate profile details and package information.
• Providing truthful information about pricing, services, destinations, and availability.
• Responding to traveler inquiries professionally and lawfully.
• Ensuring they have the proper authority to advertise and offer their services.
• Keeping public profile details, review details, images, and contact information up to date.

5. Listings, Content, and Accuracy

SafariUnion may host operator-submitted content, destination content, package details, images, and profile information. While we may review or moderate content, we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

SafariUnion reserves the right to edit, refuse, suspend, or remove listings or profiles that appear misleading, abusive, unlawful, duplicated, low quality, or inconsistent with platform standards.

6. Payments and Bookings

Unless expressly stated on the platform, SafariUnion does not process or guarantee payments between travelers and operators. Payment terms, deposits, balances, and refunds are handled according to the arrangement made between the traveler and the operator.

Travelers should confirm payment details directly with the operator and use appropriate caution before making any financial commitment.

7. Verification and Trust

SafariUnion may introduce verification, profile review, or listing quality controls. However, presence on the platform does not amount to a guarantee of service quality, business performance, legal compliance, or travel outcome.

Travelers should still make their own reasonable checks before booking.

8. Intellectual Property

The SafariUnion website, branding, layout, design elements, original text, platform structure, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Users and operators must not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or distribute SafariUnion content or platform elements in an unauthorized way.

9. User Content and Submitted Materials

By submitting content to SafariUnion, including package information, profile details, images, and related materials, you confirm that you have the right to use and share that content.

You grant SafariUnion the right to display, format, store, and use that content as needed for operating, promoting, and improving the platform.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users and operators must not:

• Upload false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, overload, or damage the website.

Travel services, package delivery, safety standards, pricing changes, schedule changes, and service performance are primarily the responsibility of the operator offering the trip.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafariUnion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related losses arising from use of the platform, reliance on listings, operator interactions, booking disputes, cancellations, or third-party conduct.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

SafariUnion may include links to third-party websites, maps, operator websites, social media pages, review profiles, payment services, or external platforms. SafariUnion is not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of third-party services.

15. Changes to These Terms

SafariUnion may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms.
